Scott Orndoff concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation, with a particular focus on insurance coverage and indemnification issues.
Before joining FWY, Scott was an associate at Chelus, Herdzick, Speyer & Monte, P.C., a Buffalo insurance defense firm. There he established a proven track record of representing insurance carriers and their insureds. Scott managed all aspects of cases from inception until resolution including trial and appeal and was lead trial counsel in several high exposure personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also represented carriers in coverage matters and first party actions and tried numerous cases to verdict.
Scott is a 2002 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1997, where he graduated with Honors.
Scott is a lifelong resident of Buffalo and has been practicing law there since 2003. He is actively involved in the community he serves, including his ongoing commitment to youth and high school athletics.
