Partner Mike Flynn, along with colleagues Frank Gordon of Millberg Gordon Stewart, and Kermit Kendrick of Burr & Forman, spoke at the Trucking Industry Defense Association’s Annual Seminar which was held October 25 – 27, 2017 at Caesar’s Palace, Las Vegas. In their presentation, this panel of three accomplished transportation attorneys – who have considerable experience representing railroads – discussed some of the unique aspects of locomotives, trains and railroad law and how these issues impact train v. truck grade-crossing litigation.
The Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) is a growing, highly dynamic organization with membership recently exceeding 1,600 industry professionals in both the United States (U.S.) and Canada. We are committed to engaging in actions and activities that reduce loss costs to the trucking industry. We accomplish this through education, providing resource materials to our members, and, above all, by maintaining a membership of attorneys and trucking and insurance industry representatives that possess the knowledge, skill and capacity to provide extraordinary support to one another.
