Richard C. Ash


Richard Ash concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury/motor vehicle, maritime, and insurance defense litigation revolving primarily around premises liability and transportation claims.  Richard also works on FWY’s medical malpractice cases.

Richard has been with FWY since 2015, serving as a law clerk prior to being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2017 and the U.S.D.C. of Massachusetts shortly thereafter. Richard received his B.S.B.A. in Business Law from Suffolk University in 2014, where he was a Sawyer Business School Honors Scholar and received a full merit scholarship, before going on to Suffolk Law and graduating in 2017. Richard has reached a number of extremely favorable settlements for FWY’s plaintiff-clients, and also participated in the vigorous defense of insurance claims. Richard prides himself on being helpful, knowledgeable, responsive, and relatable.

A lifelong resident of Quincy, Richard enjoys staying active in the community.  He is a member of both the Quincy and South Shore Young Professionals, and regularly attends Quincy Chamber of Commerce events and other committee meetings in and around the area.
