Lisa A. Harvey


Lisa A. Harvey is a partner with over 25 years of experience who focuses her practice on business law, employment law – including representation of businesses and individuals, banking and foreclosure, personal injury, civil litigation, administration/professional defense, and insurance defense.  She advises and represents businesses in a wide variety of employment matters and litigation. Lisa also has significant experience with the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts. In addition, she specializes in complex litigation cases including commercial, corporate and real estate litigation, product and premises liability, contract and shareholder disputes and transactional litigation including collections, foreclosures and loan work-outs.

Lisa prides herself on giving good, practical advice to her clients. Her motto is “always looking out for you”. While a tenacious advocate, in today’s economy, Lisa believes that, with respect to civil litigation, the filing of a lawsuit should be the last resort, not the first shot across the bow. By following that philosophy, Lisa is able to provide the best possible legal services in the most cost-efficient manner possible under the circumstances.

Lisa is 6-time recipient of Boston Magazine’s Massachusetts Super Lawyer award and was also named a New England Super Lawyer. She also has the distinction of holding a Martindale Hubble BV rating

Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Lisa was an associate at Ryan Faenza Cataldo where she focused her practice areas on business and employment Law, civil litigation, banking and foreclosures, contracts, and real estate. She received her B.A. from Mary Washington College and her law degree from Suffolk University Law School.

 Lisa resides in Franklin, MA
